Just a quick note to thank you and to tell you what a wonderful product your roll-out shade awning is.We used it many times on Moreton Island on our recent holiday and it was easy and straight forward to use and the 3 meter x 3 meter size was terrific for our young grandson to play under.We have included some photos just to show you how it is set up on our truck and I enjoyed our little chat when I came to pick it up from your factory at Wacol.

Louis Vuitton

I cannot say that I made this one, I am not that old.

This model is on display in the Louis Vuitton display at the Beijing Museum.

After seeing this I beleive the awnings must have been first designed by Louis Vuitton. He also had a roof top tent.

Black Awning

As promised here is a photo of our Polaris black awning opened out. Thought it might be a bit hot sitting under the awning being dark in colour, but it wasn't. Need a pair of gloves to roll it up though as it is very hot. Looks great and works well.

I am surprised that it is not hot underneath as I have not tried the black before. I guess the main characteristic of the canvas we use (besides the strength and durability of it) is how it breathes and does not leak water. The breathing ability makes airflow, enough to stop it from holding in the heat. This airflow is obviously enough to make the darkest of colours cool underneath.

These are some Photos sent from David. He had an awning made to his specifications with the side Fly Screen only filling two thirds of the awning area. Walls all around with a short wall on the rear awning.

These pictures were taken at Samerai beach up near nelsons bay....be careful though as it is a nudist beach .

Here are some photos that I took last weekend on a camping trip to Toodyay, WA. Thanks for the awning,it is fantastic. I have had many positive comments on it already. In my opinion, although you may feel the price on the high side once compared to other awning on the market, the Polaris Innovation awning is worth every extra penny spent. The quality of this awning is far better than the other "usual" ones I've seen used, plus the choice of colours available is excellent, in my case matching the car perfectly. I found it easy and quick to set up by myself and a valued asset to any camp.

Rudall River National Park

We received the awning in time for our trip. Thanks for your efforts. The mounting system works a treat.

We didn't fit it up until a couple of days into the trip as we picked it up on our way out of town.

This is by far the best awning I have seen for this application - simple to use and very effective.

Fraser Island beside Elli Creek

A note from Ross. This is where I was with my wife sitting under a beach unbrella on a hot December day, when she told me she wanted me to make a proper awning for our 4X4. Actually she was on my back for about 3 years to make it. I finally made it and have been in the good books since then.

This is a good friend of mine from Coolum Queensland. Steve is a builder on the North Coast and uses his awning as a smoko van. As you can see he must be doing some hard work on Moreton Island with his wife and sleeping in a tent. If you look closely you would probably find a fishing rod instead of a hammer.
